I have a Toastmaster, Super Deluxe. It has a motor that puts the toast down as well as up. My mom and dad got one as a wedding anniversery and had it for several years. we got it fixed several times then that was it. I found another about 5 years ago in a thrift store. I bought it for my mom and dad and had to fix it. I just had to clean and readjust it yesterday and it works again very well. You open this toaster up and you know a few engineers had to spend a couple years designing this toaster and it took a lot of skilled labors to put it together. It is a fine toaster.

Considering the time I already spent on my collection of sun- and heat lamps (www.extralicht.nl) I can only conclude that this must have been a massive job with great result. My compliments.

Excellent Museum! Great photos, fantastic commentary, good history, and a nice take on the design behind such "mundane" everyday items such as toasters.

Keep up the good work. Really enjoyed the collection!

I invite everyone to view my original toaster art paintings I have been creating and exhibiting over the last 10 years. Each is created with acrylic paints on stretched canvas.
